My dd and I are thinking about surprising my husband with a trip to DisneyWorld for his 40th birthday. I was thinking of buying Disney Gift Cards to pay for the hotel. Can I do this? What are the chances of Disney Free Dining end of Oct. & early Nov? T

    Hi Jen,

Thanks so much for writing!  You can, indeed, use Disney Gift Cards to pay for lodging on site at a Walt Disney World Resort.  Feel free to surprise your hubby with a magical vacation for his 40th birthday!  I can't imagine a better place to celebrate.  As for free dining offers, there's no way to tell when or if Walt Disney World will announce this fantastic offer, but I will absolutely keep my fingers crossed for you.  Be sure to check back HERE for current and upcoming special deals!  Right now, free dining is being offered on select packages from August 25th through September 29th.
