    DD is taking the 2 hour GF Pirate Cruise. Do you think it's possible (time wise) for me & DH to take the boat to Poly, eat at Kona, and take the monorail back to GF? Don't want to run out of time in picking her up

    Hi, Mindy!   How fun for your daughter to be taking the Pirate Cruise!  It always sounds like so much fun!

    While you can take the boat from the Polynesian to the Grand Floridian, is only about a 10 minute walk between the 2 resorts (quicker than waiting for a boat!)   This is one of my favorite spots in all of Walt Disney World.  It is such peaceful walk, and it feels like you have the entire resort area to yourselves!

    I would make Advance Dining Reservations so you are not spending all your time waiting for a table.   You should have plenty of time to get between resorts and enjoy a wonderful lunch at the Kona Cafe.  Have fun!
