We (DH, DD4, and I) are staying at the Wilderness Lodge next month! We have a "courtyard" view. I heard that there are some noisy areas that you would not want your room to be. Any suggestions on where we should request our room location? Than

Hi, Elena,  When you have a Courtyard View at Wilderness Lodge, you will have a view of either Bay Lake or one of the pools.  I have never had a problem with noise at Wilderness Lodge, but my best guess would be that maybe some of the noise you heard about would be from guests playing at the pool?

While I really don't know, perhaps you could ask at check-in, and request a view of Bay Lake vs. the pool areas.  Let them know you would prefer a "quieter" area of the resort.

Wilderness Lodge is a lovely resort with so much to experience.  I hope you and your family have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
