If i have my dd214 military form does that count as a form of id

Hey there, hi there, Jarrett! Welcome to planDisney. We love getting to share our experience and expertise with every Guest who stops by.

On behalf of all of us here at planDisney, please let me take a moment to thank you for your service. We salute you! I am thrilled to hear you are planning a visit to Disneyland Resort. While I can't be sure what you are going to need a form of ID for, I am thinking it could be because you are hoping to take advantage of the Disney Military Promotional Tickets. Unfortunately, for these, you will need a valid military ID that shows you are either active duty or retired. These tickets have requirements for use. If you are a veteran, but not retired, you still can take advantage of standard theme park tickets that are available for purchase at a discounted price from a military base ticket office. These tickets do not require a military ID for use or activation.

It's important to note that if you are purchasing tickets from a military base ticket office, you will need to link these tickets to your MyDisney account either through the Disneyland website or the Disneyland app. Then, you will need to make theme park reservations for these tickets. Both a theme park ticket and a reservation are required for entry.

Jarrett, thanks so much for dropping by! We are here if you have any other planning questions for us!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
