My DD8 and I are flying in at noon on Oct 12th, taking ME to CSR. What time will we be checked in and ready to go explore Disney?

    Hi Sandy,

I love that you are ready to "hit the road running" as soon as your plane lands!   I had the opportunity to stay at Coronado Springs Resort back in December in a recently refurbished room and was very impressed.  The room had dark, rich wood furniture and super plush comforters!  The resort is magnificent, and I enjoyed taking a leisurely stroll around the lake every morning.
The Cast Members at Magical Express estimate that from the time you arrive at the counter to check-in to arrival at your resort can take up to two hours.  In my experience, however, this is a very conservative estimate.  While times are approximate, and can vary based upon the number of resorts your bus stops at on the way to Coronado and traffic, I would say a bit over an hour is more realistic.  I have had trips where I was at the front desk exactly 60 minutes from the time I disembarked the plane, and others that were closer to 75 minutes. (Most of these trips involved a "potty break" at the airport, too.)  Remember, by using Magical Express, you will be able to bypass baggage claim at the airport, which is a huge time saver.

If you take advantage of online check-in, prior to your arrival, you will be on your way to the parks even sooner!  Remember, even if your room is not ready, you can leave any carry on bags with Bell Services and be on your way.  Your checked luggage will be delivered to your room later in the day.

    Have a fabulous trip!
