We have an 8DD and 4DD and arriving this June/July, which of the movies in World Showcase would be the most entertaining and interesting for them? We will need to get out of the heat and may need to sit down, do any of the movies have seating? Thanks!!!

    Hi Connie,

It's a great idea to take a break from the heat during your time at the Epcot World Showcase. Taking my time to wander "around the world" is one of my favorite activities at Walt Disney World Resort, but on hot days taking an indoor break is wonderful.

There are plenty of indoor spaces throughout World Showcase to offer a place to rest, but I do have a couple favorites. Impressions de France is a wonderful film with gorgeous imagery of the beautiful country. Located in the back of France Pavilion, the theater has plenty of seating for the 18-minute movie, however the waiting area is standing only. Make sure to stop by L'Artisan des Glaces on your way out for a delicious frozen treat!

Another location full of indoor fun is Mexico Pavilion. As you enter the intricately themed pyramid, you'll find many things to do including a Kidcot Fun Stop, where your kiddos can create a personalized souvenir. You may also enjoy the Mexico Folk Art Gallery and lovely shops. Finally, Mexico Pavilion is home to one of my favorite attractions, Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros! This is a slow boat ride that follows Donald Duck and his feathered friends on film through scenic Mexico. My kids love it!

Thank you for your question, Connie. Wishing you a wonderful family vacation! Hope to see you real soon.
