    My DD age 3 loves all kinds of food the kids menue at disney seems to be more unhealthy food,If we are at a buffet can I get her stuff off the adult buffet or does she have to eat off childs? Thanks so much for help Love you guys!

    Hi Andrea - when dining at buffet restaurants at Walt Disney World, you can select any food for your child - not just the kids' items.  Those items are there for kids who prefer those type of items, but everything is available for your daughter.
