Our dd age 6 was diagnosed with epilepsy. She looks "OK" but her meds can make her deyhdrate easily. Is she eligible for a GAC? No light problems. Is there a spot to store her meds at the park as they can't get hot & I want to avoid a trip

Hi, Tracy!  You don't have to have a visible disability to be able to utlize a Guest Assistance Card.  You can bring a note from your daughter's doctor explaining how a GAC might best be able to assist her in having the most comfortable vacation possible.  It may just be that she needs a place to wait out of the sun, so she's not quite as hot and sweaty, and won't dehydrate as quickly.  They will do their best to accommodate her needs.

You can store her medication with the first aid stations at each of the theme parks.  They will label it and store it so that it's available when she needs it.  Alternatively, especially if you spend a lot of time in the car or traveling, consider purchasing a Frio cooling wallet.  I've stored medications in them, and they work like a charm!  They keep things cool, even in the hot theme park, all day long without the need for refrigeration.

    Have a great vacation!
