We'll be on DCL 5-nights out of NYC to Canada. The "helpful planning" for dinning does not list a 5 night cruise. Would there be an extra casual night or will they add a "semi-formal" like the 7 night? Thanks! We are so excited..our fi

    Hi Jennifer!

I'm so excited to hear that you're sailing for the first time with Disney Cruise Line!  You are going to love it...the service is unmatched, and you'll be amazed at all there is to see and do!

On a five-night cruise you can expect, three cruise casuals nights, one semi-formal and one pirate night. On Pirate night, many Guests dress up in pirate costumes. If you choose not to join the pirate crew, you can dress in cruise casual. On my last five night sailing, the dining schedule was two cruise casual nights, pirate night, semi-formal and cruise casual. As your sail date gets closer, you can certainly call Disney Cruise Line at (800 )951-3532 to find out your schedule...or you can come back to ask me!

I hope this helps. Please let me know if I can answer anything else for you. Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel Jennifer. Have a magical trip!
