Ahoy there!
The Disney Parks Moms Panel welcomes Brenda onboard with her crew! As those words echo in the Atrium Lobby when Guests board a Disney ship, I get chill bumps and anticipate
all that’s included in our Disney cruise: fabulous food, exceptional service,
Broadway-caliber shows, and special memory-making moments with favorite Disney characters!
You absolutely can use a Visa debit card as a method of payment for your deposit, any payments, and your final payment in full! In fact, cards accepted at this time include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club, Japanese Credit Bureau, or the Disney Visa Card.
Here’s a Disney Parks Moms Panel tip: make sure to contact your credit/debit card company to let them know you will be traveling out of your home country. No one needs a hold placed on their card because it pops up as being used in a foreign land-not even the Genie can help with that one!
As far as incidentals during your sailing, placing a card on file makes charging easy peasy! Then all you have to do during your adventure at sea is charge your Key to the World card. This trusty ID card also functions as a charge card on which all your onboard charges can be placed. At the end of your cruise, your account will be settled with the
payment method you established during Online Check-In. Balances can also be paid with cash, credit card, American Express Travelers Cheques in U.S. denominations, and Disney Dollars at the
Guest Services Desk (Deck 3, Midship).
If you are still in the planning stages and haven’t yet booked that Disney Cruise Line vacation, be sure to check out all of the
special offers, including savings on select cruises and reduced deposits. The current Canadian resident discount is calling your name!
Sail back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with more planning questions as your adventure at sea takes shape.
SEA ya real soon!
