If DCA has Early Morning Hours, can I join a virtual boarding group for Rise of the Resistance from inside DCA on the app instead of having to stand in line to enter Disneyland when I could be in DCA since I am staying at the Disneyland Hotel?

    Bright suns, Stacey!

Are you “Resistance Ready?” General Organa will be pleased with your willingness to help the cause of the Resistance. Visitors to Batuu who wish to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance will likely need to first join a Boarding Group. Here is the procedure to follow in order to join a Boarding Group:
    • All members of your party must have first entered Disneyland Park to be eligible to join a Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance Boarding Group. I have been informed that it must be Disneyland Park and that entering Disney California Adventure Park will not be sufficient.
    • Use the Disneyland app or visit select locations inside Disneyland Park to request a boarding group for your entire party. Ask a Guest Relations Cast Member for assistance, if needed.
    • When it is time for your Boarding Group, you will receive a notification on your mobile device or you may observe information displays throughout the park that indicate the current Boarding Groups called to the attraction.
    • After your Boarding Group is called, you will have two hours before you must arrive at the attraction in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. In most cases, that should be enough time to finish enjoying other attractions, dining reservations, or other experiences. So enjoy your day at the Disneyland Resort!

While you are waiting for your Boarding Group to be called, you may wish to enjoy the many wonders of the Black Spire Outpost. You may enjoy some of the new food and merchandise available. My daughters were thrilled with their new custom astromech droids from the Droid Depot. And my son was honored to be able to create his own Jedi weapon at Savi's Workshop – Handbuilt Lightsabers. And with the Star Wars: Datapad, you can live your own Star Wars story.

May the Force be with you, Stacey!
