    My DBF and I will be at WDW May 3-13. We are celebrating my college graduation as well as our 3rd anniversary (both in June). I'm thinking of ordering a cake for our Narcoossee's dinner. How soon in advance should I order, and is gluten-free cake available

    Congratulations on all accounts!  If you are planning on ordering a cake for May, I would order soon.  When I ordered a cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday, I ordered about 3 months out.  

    To order a cake, call the Walt Disney World Cake Hotline at (407) 827-2253.  Gluten-free options are available, make sure you discuss that when you order.

    My daughter's cake was incredible, and we even had another special cake made for her brothers as well.  It was absolutely a highlight of our vacation!
