13 MORE DAYS!!! WOOT WOOT! Staying at CRB, I read an older post here about calling 9 days prior to arrival to make a building request, now I can't find it. Who do I speak with at resort? I was thinking it was the room planner or organizer? THANKS!!

Hi Mindy,

So excited for you!

If you want to make a building request, hopefully you mentioned that when making your reservation or had your travel agent make note of it. Beginning ten days prior to your arrival, you can call the Caribbean Beach Resort at 407-934-3400 to confirm your request is noted or ask they they make a note of it. The Cast Member who answers the phone should be able to assist you or get you to the right person. Make sure you also mention it when you arrive.

Keep in mind that when you make a building request, it is a request and is not guaranteed. They will make every effort meet your request but its not always possible.
