    Hi moms! 15 days...woohoo! Am I better off calling CBR a few days before arriving and then check in upon arrival OR doing online check-in to get the building/island that I requested in my initial reservation? If I should call, what is the # for CBR? TY!

    Hi Andrea,

    If you want to speed up the check-in process at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, then online check-in is a great option.  Your keys and relevant resort materials will be ready when you arrive.

    Personally, I prefer to complete check-in upon my arrival.  I don't typically do online check-in.  I like to discuss with the Cast Member at the desk what possible rooms are available rather than have my Key to the World cards already printed when I get there.  Sometimes Cast Members are able to make last minute changes to my room assignment if there's a more desirable room available.  If you've already attached a room request when you made the initial reservation, they will try very hard to honor that request whether or not you do online check-in.
