Welcome to planDisney, Carletta! I'm so glad to be able to answer your question today. With your trip coming up next month, it's a great idea to start thinking about which parks you're going to visit on which days, so let's see if I can help you narrow it down.
Without
Madame Leota's crystal ball, it's difficult to predict where people will go on any given day, and things can change week to week without much rhyme or reason. That said, in early December, you will generally find lighter crowd vibes at
EPCOT and
Hollywood Studios from Monday through Thursday, while Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays are usually the busiest. EPCOT, in particular, tends to feel busier on weekend nights thanks to the
seasonal festival atmosphere, so if you can swing by EPCOT on a weekday and save something else for the weekend, you'll likely notice the difference.
To outsmart the crowds, try rope dropping by getting to the entrance 30 to 45 minutes before opening and knocking out a headliner first. At EPCOT, aim for
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind or
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, and at Hollywood Studios, go for
Slinky Dog Dash or
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. Use
Lightning Lane to pre-book return windows and skip the standby line, and if you're a guest of a
Disney Resort Hotel, take advantage of
Early Theme Park Entry to get a jump on the morning. If you're staying at a
Deluxe Resort, you should also plan your visit around
Extended Evening Hours! Finally, plan meals at off-peak times and mobile order to secure pickup windows and a short wait in line.
I hope this answers your question, Carletta, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
