Hi there, Eddie!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so excited that you stopped by with your question about your upcoming Land and Sea vacation! I can’t think of a better way to spend a vacation than at Walt Disney World Resort AND onboard a Disney Cruise Line ship! You are going to have the best time since you will get to do it ALL!!
Typically, park tickets to the theme parks at Walt Disney World Resort expire 14 days after first use, but
Military Promotional Tickets do not expire until December 19, 2018. Therefore, your tickets can be used on both ends of your Disney Dream cruise! Since it appears you will be staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, be sure to check the park calendar and utilize the Extra Magic Hours during your stay to get the most out of your time in the theme parks!
Disney Cruise Line offers ground transportation between Walt Disney World Resort hotels and Port Canaveral. Currently a round trip ticket is $70/person for Guests three years old and up. Ground transfers can be added to your reservation by contacting Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 at least three days prior to your sail date.
If this is your first Disney Cruise Line vacation, your
Online Check-In and onboard activity booking window will open 75 days prior to your sailing. At that time, you can book Port Adventures, onboard activities such as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeovers, spa treatments or my favorite -- adult-exclusive dining! Take advantage of the Youth Clubs and fit in a date night while onboard!
Wishing you a magical and memorable vacation – on land and at sea!
Stephanie
