21 days to WDW! have pre-purchased Photo Pass, now I am seeing Photo Pass +. What is the difference? Price? Value? We have several character meal reservations, can you get pictures for those meals with regular photo pass, or you MUST have PP+? Thanks!!!

    Hi Miranda,

PhotoPass + is new!  It includes everything you love about PhotoPass, plus more -- photos on select attractions as well as photo packages that are for sale at some WDW restaurants.  In the past, photos taken on Tower of Terror, Buzz Lightyear, and other popular attractions had to be purchased separately.

The cost for this package may seem a bit pricey at almost $200.  However, if you think about the cost of just one of those print packages that you may purchase, it doesn't take many of those to justify the price.  You can't pre-purchase Photopass+, but you can add it on to your existing PhotoPass once you arrive at WDW.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
