Hi Robb!
Welcome to planDisney! I love spending a jolly holiday season at Walt Disney World Resort. There is truly something magical about going "home" for the holidays and celebrating the season with my family in my favorite vacation destination!
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is a special ticketed event held on select nights at Magic Kingdom Park. Dates for the 2024 parties have not yet been released, but I would suggest keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog and official Disney Parks social media in the months ahead for more information. Last year, Disney Parks celebrated "Halfway to the Holidays" in June which is when they released details, dates, and ticket sale information for the holiday events coming to Walt Disney World Resort.
Robb, in addition to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, I'd like to share several other holiday happenings around the "Most Magical Place on Earth" that have been available for guests to enjoy.
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays showcases holiday traditions around the world with seasonal entertainment, food, and storytellers. There's even a Holiday Cookie Stroll which invites you to taste your way around the world and earn a tasty treat at the end! The Candlelight Processional, featuring a variety of celebrity narrators, is another beautiful event not to be missed. New this past year,
Jollywood Nights was a special ticketed event at Disney's Hollywood Studios with a bit of holiday glitz and glam. There are also beautiful decorations around the parks, Disney Springs, and Disney Resorts Collection hotels. Make sure to plan a stop at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to see the iconic gingerbread house that graces their lobby each year! I encourage you to stay tuned in the months leading up to the holiday season to see which of these will be returning for 2024 and details about any new events that may be unveiled this year!
Robb, I hope you have the merriest time planning your holiday visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Please stop by planDisney again with any questions you have - we're all ears!
See ya real soon,
Kristi
