    We are 8 days from our upcoming Disney vacation and have received our Magicbands but have not received the character luggage tags like in past visits. Have the character luggage tags been discontinued?

    Hi, Sherry!

    I am sure your bags and packed and you are ready to see Mickey Mouse! Double check that you have packed sunscreen, phones and chargers, sunglasses, and a handy tote bag to carry your items in the theme parks.

    The character luggage tags that correspond with the color of your MagicBands are just a little extra gift that can be included with a Magic Your Way package. They are not included with a "room only" reservation. I have not heard they stopped including the luggage tags, but this type of pixie dust is always being changed. When they are  included, they would be delivered with your MagicBands (not to be confused with the yellow Magical Express luggage tags).

    I am not sure what they can do at the hotel, but upon check-in you can ask a Cast Member about the luggage tags to see if he/she has heard any information about them.

    Speaking of luggage and luggage tags, if your schedule allows, stop by the Disney TAG store in the Disney Springs Marketplace Co-Op. They have the best travel accessories in fun and vibrant colors. I never thought I would have so much fun buying luggage and all the extra goodies!
