    98 days until my 2011 vacation & thinking of 2012 already!! Planning an after Christmas vaca....how long are the decorations up? thinking of coming in 12/29 and staying until after new years. Nothing prettier than the castle at Christmas :) thanks!

    What's up, Adelle? There's nothing wrong with planning ahead. I plan to have a good haircut one day. But let's talk about you. Specifically, Christmas lights after Christmas.

    The parks and resorts tend to leave their holiday lights up through the end of December so everyone traveling during the popular holiday season can enjoy their splendor. After Baby New Year does his thing, the lights coming down are usually only a couple days behind.
