I have 59 days until my trip but it will not let me book dining reservations. Can you help me?

We’re here to help, Joni. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to get you all squared away.

Assuming your room or vacation package reservation is properly linked in your My Disney Experience account, you should be able to book those dining reservations online. I’m sorry that you are experiencing difficulty in that regard.

If your reservation is properly linked and you are not able to start booking your meals, I’m going to recommend that you make a phone call. Try calling 407-939-DINE. You will be able to speak to someone to see if your must-do restaurants have availability. I recommend making that call as soon as you are able because the most popular restaurants fill up quickly and we want to make sure that you have a chance to grab one of those reservations.

You may want to take it a step further by calling Website Support. A live conversation with them may help you pinpoint the problem that is keeping you from making those reservations online, Joni.

I hope that helps. Good luck in scoring the dining reservations you’re hoping for!

I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
