50 days until we return to WDW! We will be attending Star Wars Galactic Nights and I noticed the optional tasting/sampler package available to purchase. If we already have snack credits on the dining plan, can those be used for special star wars treats?

Hello DeAnna! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Star Wars: Galactic Nights is shaping up to be an Endlessly Magical Experience where the force will be strong with those lucky Guests in attendance.

While I am seeing that the Galactic Tasting and Viewing Package will allow Guests to select 5 samples of Event-exclusive snacks and that any of those 5 samples may be used towards traditional Disney Dining Plan Snacks, it is not mentioning whether the traditional Disney Dining Plan Credits will be redeemable for Star Wars: Galactic Nights snacks.

The menus and snacks redeemable through a Disney Dining Plan are subject to change without notice. Hopefully, they will be added as available snacks before you travel to a Galaxy Far, Far Away and you will be able to redeem your Disney Dining Plan Snack credits. In the interim, I recommend that you look into the Galactic Tasting and Viewing Package, as it seems the best way to taste the Galaxy of Flavor being offered.

To book the Galactic Tasting and Viewing Package, you may contact a Cast Member at (407)939-7679.

May the Force Be With You!
