    Hi Moms! 35 days until we arrive. Working on my agenda and trying to link our tickets for the mickey xmas parade and our train tour reservation number to my Disney experience but it's not working. Is it possible to link these events and if so please help.

    Hi Pamela! I strongly suggest you do not try to link the two events you mentioned to your My Disney Experience account at this time. Since this is currently still in testing stages they are continuing to work out some of the bugs with the systems.

    Once you arrive at your resort ask to talk with the cast members who have been trained with the Magic Bands and My Disney Experience and see if they can link these for you. In the past few weeks they were encouraging guests not to link the Magic Kingdom special event parties, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party due to issues. They are continuing to work on this but it is suggested you use the hard copy ticket for these parties until everything is worked out.

    This is all a work in progress and each day brings the guests closer to seeing how great the new system will be for their future trips.
