Hi there, Ashley. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for swinging by to share your question with us. Your visit to the Disneyland Resort is almost here and it won't be long until you will be waving (or winking) to the giant Mickey pumpkin on Main Street, U.S.A. So let's make sure you're all set for your magical stay.
A valid theme park ticket and theme park reservation are required for entrance into both theme parks. If you purchased your tickets at the Disneyland site or in the
Disneyland app, you were prompted to select the days of your visit which also created a theme park reservation for your visit. Given the message you are seeing, I think that you may already have reservations in place, but we can double-check to make sure.
At the Disneyland site, head to "My Plans" located under the heading "My Disneyland" towards the top right. Here you will see all confirmed theme park reservations. As long as you see a reservation for each member of your party for each day, you are good to go. You can also find this information in the Disneyland app by tapping "☰" to open the menu and then tapping the "Future Plans" tile.
I'm so excited to hear that you will also be summoning Genie and taking advantage of the phenomenal cosmic powers of
Disney Genie+ Service. Be sure to link everyone's tickets for ease of booking
Lightning Lane selections and making sure everyone gets the same arrival window. To link tickets in the Disneyland app, tap the "☰" to open the menu and then tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile. Next, tap the "+" towards the top right followed by "Link Tickets & Passes." You can then use the "Camera" feature to scan everyone's ticket barcodes. Once that's done, you're all set and tickets for everyone in your party will appear when you book Lightning Lanes.
It's
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort and I absolutely love checking out the decorations in "Radiator Screams" at Disney California Adventure Park. I highly recommend making a pit stop here to really get into the spirit of things. You can also time your visit to see all of the neon signs in town light up one by one. This usually happens around sunset to the song "Sh-Boom," however it's a little different during the spooky season.
Ashley, I hope this has been helpful and you find that you are all set with your theme park reservations. If you think of other questions that we can help with, please come back to visit us. Until then, I wish you a spooktacular visit.
Michelle
