4 days till we book dining for our trip in June when my daughter is getting married. My question is we have 2 rooms booked, 9 people total. Are we able to book the dining for both rooms together? Do we need the one who booked the other room to be there?

Hi Tammy! My daughter got married at Disney in June as well and just thinking about it brings back so many magical memories.

You can certainly book your dining to include everyone in your group. I suggest you look over all of the Dining Choices and plan which ones you would like to experience during your stay. With a large group of nine guests I suggest you call the central dining reservation number, 407-939-3463 and talk with an agent personally. Some restaurants will not allow large group reservations to be done on line. If a restaurant does not have tables bigger then a six top then that is the maximum they will allow you to reserve on line sometimes. I have found it is just easier to do it on the phone when my entire family comes together. Only one person needs to make the reservations for the group and then each person can link the confirmation number to their My Disney Experience account if they are not already linked to you.

Please also understand that with a large group you are often not seated at one table. Many guests panic but my family has found this to not be a bad idea. When seated at a large table you cannot possibly talk with everyone but when broken up into smaller groups for two tables the conversation is far more enjoyable. We even make a game out of who sits with who by drawing names before each meal once we know the table configuration. That way you sit with new people for each meal.

Wishing you a wonderful wedding celebration this June and if there is anything else I can help you with please let me know!
