Hi Charlene! Welcome back to planDisney.
Oh Boy! Your pending arrival at
Walt Disney World Resort has me as excited as your passion for planning. You will be there for the 18th-month festivities of
The World's Most Magical Celebration. Create your own scavenger hunt finding all the golden
Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues. They make fun and unique photo opportunities for lasting memories.
I am a little jealous you are doing a Disney bucket list item for me,
Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White at
Disney's Wildnerness Lodge. I cannot wait to meet "The Queen" and feast on the Poison Apple dessert. Try to get to the lodge early to enjoy the beautiful grounds and maybe even a
bike rental to explore on wheels.
From
Magic Kingdom Park, you can take boat transportation to Disney's Wilderness Lodge. For all other parks or
Disney Springs, you will board the buses to reach your destination. While I am not sure what time your dinner will finish, transportation from all theme parks continues one-hour past park closing. You may take boat transportation back to Magic Kingdom Park and board a bus to
Disney's Pop Century Resort. Alternatively, you can board a bus to the other theme parks or Disney Springs, followed by a bus back to your home resort. And finally, if this sounds like a lengthy adventure, rideshare services are permitted to pick up guests at all Walt Disney World Resorts and theme parks.
Make sure to advantage of your exclusive
resort guest benefits. My favorite is
Early Theme Park Entry to gain access to those popular attractions before the crowds. At
Disney's Pop Century, you can board a
Disney Skyliner gondola to reach
Disney's Hollywood Studios and
EPCOT over Hourglass Lake. Honestly, sometimes I just ride the gondola system for the views and relaxation. Protip, there is a Joffery's Coffee at the Disney Skyliner hub station at
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. Grab a treat for your flight!
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
