80 days til my disney bday vaca! I want to reserve the galactic desert party but they havent released the dates. Will they be everyday? I'm trying to plan my days and fastpasses are coming up soon! Do you have any information on the scheduling?

    Welcome BACK, Debra!

How exciting that you'll be returning to Mickey's house in just a few more weeks! I know that you must be so excited to check out everything that's opened since your last visit, and it sounds like you're going to be especially ready to visit Batuu and take in everything that Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge has to offer.

Something I lEARned a few yEARs ago is that dining events and dessert parties do not follow the same 180-days advanced reservation schedule as regular, uneventful reservations-accepted table-service meals. Some dessert events open their calendars up just a few months at a time and some open theirs exactly 30-days out everyday. Since we can see the dates for the remainder of February and all of March but none of April, my guess is that all of April's dates for the Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party at Disney's Hollywood Studios will open on March 1, so all of May should be ready to reserve on April 1. To be on the safe side, double-check on both March 1 and March 15 to see if any more dates have been released, just in case. But, if you don't see your desired dessert party listed by April 5, I would call and speak to a Cast Member to see what they know and what can be done. Their number is (407) 939-3463.

As far as the rest of your FastPass+ reservations go, this show usually starts right at the closing time listed for Disney's Hollywood Studios. Sometimes it starts up to half an hour before or 30 minutes after the closing time for that day. You usually have to check-in about an hour before the show's start time. And don't forget that you have an hour window to redeem each FastPass+ reservation. When looking at the math with all those factors, I would say to be on the safe side to schedule your last FastPass+ reservation two-and-a-half-hours before the show is scheduled for that evening. If the show starts exactly at 8:00 P.M., this means to schedule your last FastPass+ reservation for 5:30 P.M. This way even if you redeemed said pass at the latest possible minute of 6:29 P.M., you'll still have half an hour to enjoy the attraction and make it over to the check-in area by 7:00 P.M.

I hope this helped to plan your upcoming Disney Days, Debra, and We'll See You Real Soon!
