I'm sorry to hear you had some difficulty reassigning your tickets. It sounds like you may have experienced a temporary glitch like Vanellope von Schweetz. But consider me Fix-It Felix because I’m here to say, “I can fix it!”
At this time, there is no limit to the number of tickets you can reassign. If they are unused and unexpired, y
ou should be able to reassign them through your My Disney Experience account under “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets.” Select “Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker” to see a list of your tickets and choose the ones you’d like to reassign. If you are still having difficulty reassigning those last few tickets, I recommend calling the number listed under “
Existing Tickets” to get assistance from a Cast Member.
July will be a great time to visit because
TRON Lightcycle / Run will be open to all guests! When this attraction opens there will not be a standby queue, so there are two ways you can experience this ride. One way is to use your My Disney Experience app to
join the virtual queue. On the day you have a reservation for Magic Kingdom Park, at 7:00 a.m. you can join the virtual queue for TRON Lightcycle / Run. The other option is to
purchase an Individual Lightning Lane on the “Tip Board” of your My Disney Experience app. If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can purchase the Individual Lightning Lane at 7:00 a.m. on the day of your park reservation. If you are not staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can purchase the Individual Lightning Lane when the park opens.
