It sounds like you are just running into a little bit of an error. This has happened to me a few times, usually leading up to the fact that my
mobile app simply needed an update. I recommend trying again, after you’ve signed in and out of your account. If you are still having difficulties, try switching over to the
desktop site, that usually does the trick.
Betty, keep in mind that you can either snap a photo of the barcode, using the app, or manually type in the numerical series in. Please don’t worry just yet, if none of these fixes are working, I recommend giving the
Website Support line a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help you navigate through this issue and get your tickets linked.
