Hi Lori,
Thanks for stopping back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this fun question!
One of my favorite Quick-Service restaurants for breakfast is
Capt. Cook's at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. I love Capt. Cook's because you can get the famous (and delicious) Tonga Toast! Tonga Toast is banana-stuffed sourdough bread, battered and deep-fried and then dusted with cinnamon sugar. It's divine and would make a great birthday breakfast! The
menu at Capt. Cook's also features Mickey Waffles and other traditional breakfast fare. We enjoy dining outside, surrounded by the lush landscaping and beauty of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. I think it would be a great way to start your husband's birthday!
Another idea is to head to
Disney's BoardWalk for a breakfast pastry at
BoardWalk Bakery. There you can use a snack credit for a breakfast pastry. Bring your Rapid Fill Resort refillable mugs and enjoy some coffee as well! Disney's BoardWalk would be a beautiful setting for a birthday breakfast. If you want to work up an appetite and do something a little different and fun, you could consider renting a
Surrey Bike! And, you can even walk to Disney's Hollywood Studios from Disney's BoardWalk.
Be sure that your husband wears his complimentary Happy Birthday button during your visit! I hope this helps with your planning, Lori. Wishing you a magical vacation!
Erin
