How many days should I spend at Walt Disney World?

Howdy Vania! Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

We love our vacations to the Walt Disney World Resort!  If this is your first Walt Disney World Resort vacation, CONGRATULATIONS!  There is so much to do and see throughout the resort.  With four theme parks, two water parks, Disney Springs amazing shopping, and so much more, we like to stay as long as we can every visit.

Every family vacations differently, some love to stay at the parks from open to close and others taking a slower pace.  I have been to the parks hundreds of times and I still have things I want to do and see.  For my family we usually enjoy a 10 day stay.  This gives us time to relax, enjoy the Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, see a lot at each theme park, shop, and enjoy a few special dining experiences.  One recommendation I would make, the longer you stay the less you pay when you stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.  We love to get a vacation package that included our room, tickets, dining, photos, and all the special perks that come with a Walt Disney World vacation package.

The Walt Disney World website has special offers throughout the year, keep an eye out for an offer that is perfect for your family.  Also, check out the Disney Parks Blog for all up-to-date information.  This way you will be informed of all the new and upcoming attractions.
I hope this information helps you to decide how many days are the perfect amount for your family.  Walt Disney World is a huge destination, just know that if you are not able to see everything you planned on the first trip that is just fine.  The perfect time to plan your next visit is before you leave the resort.

If you have any more questions while you are planning, please stop back by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  We love to help, Vania.

    See Ya Real Soon,
