HI we have 6 days at riverside and one day at animal kingdom and i cannot figure out how to add the second stay to my disney experince

    Hi Deborah,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Canadian!

You’ve picked two excellent places to call “home” during your visit to Walt Disney World Resort: Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - Riverside and, my absolute favourite Disney Resort Hotel, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge

Based on my experience, you should be able to enter the reservation number that you received in your confirmation email when you booked your night at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. If it still isn’t working, or you can’t find that number anymore, I strongly suggest that you contact Walt Disney World Resort in order to see what the issue is as it’s probably technology-based. They’ll be more than happy to “untangle” your vacation plans and make sure that everything is properly linked to your My Disney Experience account.

I hope my answer helps you plan the perfect Disney Parks vacation. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,
