It sounds as if you purchased tickets and cannot find the confirmation information. At planDisney, we do not have specific access to your
My Disney Experience account. I would advise you to double-check your email to look for a confirmation email. If you cannot locate any information, you will need to
contact a Cast Member.
Once you access those ticket numbers, you will need to link them in My Disney Experience (if they are not already linked) and make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. Also check the
theme park availability calendar to see which parks have park pass availability for your stay.
If you purchased tickets with the
Park Hopper® Option, review the procedures for park hopping. Park hopping availability will depend on park availability during the dates of your visit. Be sure to download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to make sure you can receive notifications about park availability while you are visiting.
Depending on the dates of your visit, it might be time for you to make
advanced dining reservations. Dining reservations can currently be made 60-days prior to your trip. We always do advanced dining reservations at a few of our favorite restaurants. Cinderella's Royal Table and Be Our Guest Restaurant are two of our must-do dining locations.
