how many days does it take to see each park without exhausting yourself

This is a hard question to answer since most people do not attempt to do every attraction in the parks but instead to center their days around the rides and shows that interest them the most.  If you are wanting to do all the attractions you would need to spend two days in each park.

Our family has found that the Magic Kingdom is the toughest park to complete.  There are so many great things to see and do and when you add Tom Sawyers Island and Toon Town you will need extra time.  If you pick and choose your attractions at the other parks you can do them in one full day.  When we plan we plan 2 days at the Magic Kingdom, 1 day at each of the other parks, 1 day to relax and Downtown Disney, and 1 or 2 days to return and do attractions again or hit something we feel we missed!  The more often you go the more fine tuned your days in the parks will become!
