Hi. I have 3 days of Park Hopper Tickets for My First Disney Vacation. I have reservations at Be Our Guest. My Travel Agent thinks I should skip table service meals since I only have 3 days in the parks. My mom likes sit down Restaurants meals so I’m split

Hi, Travis! Thanks for being OUR guest here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am so excited to hEAR that you are planning your first Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I must say that one of the things I most look forward to when I'm counting down the days until my next magical vacation is all of the delicious food that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer.

There is so much to see and do at The Most Magical Place on Earth, especially when you are visiting for the first time. I certainly understand that you want to use your time effectively and keep your schedule as flexible as possible. However, there are some Table-Service dining experiences that are not to be missed. It is also important to keep in mind that you will want to take some breaks and rest during a busy day at the theme parks, and a sit-down meal can be the perfect chance to recharge and fuel up for some more fun.

I would recommend that you keep your reservation for Be Our Guest Restaurant. Be Our Guest Restaurant is one of my favorite places to dine at Walt Disney World Resort, and it's also one of the most sought after dining reservations. This restaurant is almost like an attraction itself! When I set foot inside the Grand Ballroom, I truly feel as if I have been magically transported inside the movie, Beauty and the Beast.

Travis, I also suggest that you consider making a reservation for a character dining experience. Rather than waiting in line to meet your favorite Disney characters in the theme parks, you can visit with your pals while you enjoy a yummy meal. It's a great time saver and also a lot of fun! I would recommend booking a character breakfast to get an early start to your day. Some of my favorite character breakfasts are Chef Mickey'sThe Crystal PalaceGarden Grill Restaurant, and Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast at Trattoria al Forno.

If you plan to stick to Quick-Service restaurants for the majority of your meals, you have some great choices. Woody's Lunch BoxSatu'li Canteen, and Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe are a few of my favorite Quick-Service dining locations. Also, it looks like you will be visiting during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, so you will find plenty of tasty treats at EPCOT! Be sure to take advantage of Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering which is available at many Quick-Service locations. It's a great time saver!

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
