Mmmmmm, Debbie. You got me with "Chicken Parm." I know, you didn't mention it by name, but you said
Palo Steakhouse brunch, and I bet we both are thinking Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Breast. Like the line in the sky and the sea, this dish calls me. So do the calzone, the limoncello tart, the bread service, the warm sticky buns... Sorry, I got lost between memories and dreams for a moment.
Palo Steakhouse is typically open on "At Sea" days on your cruise. For the Western Caribbean itinerary, this is usually your first full day on board the
Disney Treasure (Day 2) and the day between Falmouth, Jamaica and
Disney Castaway Cay (Day 6). Brunch reservations are typically offered from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
With your cruise on the horizon, Platinum
Castaway Club Members can begin making reservations for adult-exclusive dining,
Port Adventures and other onboard activities starting January 17 (120 days before the cruise). Booking windows for other Guests will open on a staggered schedule, guided by the number of
Disney Cruise Line vacations taken. Once your booking window opens, you can see the days and times brunch is offered. Fingers crossed, you will get one of these coveted reservations.
Given the popularity of Palo Steakhouse, Guests are limited to one reservation for either brunch or dinner. One exception you might find is Palo's "Prima Notte." You can have two dining reservations at Palo Steakhouse if you start your cruise in fine style on the first night.
Debbie, it won't be long before you can open the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and start turning your dreams into reservations. And then your reservations into memories. I am so excited for you!
If we can help with any other questions, please cruise back by
planDisney. We're here to help you SEAS your dreams.
Bon Appetit!
