61 more days and we CAN NOT WAIT! The waiting seems to be taking forever. Any ideas about how we can pass the time? We have made ADRs, planned a general itinerary and our room is booked at POFQ. Me and the kids (DD21, DS19, DD12) are going nuts!

You got the Disney fever, Carole! I'm a proud carrier of the fever myself. In fact, I'm so sick with it that I could stand in for that little monkey in Outbreak.

While there really isn't a cure, there are several treatments to help with the passage of time:

Dig deeper into your park touring strategy. Devise a plan for what time you'll arrive at the parks in the morning and the order you'll approach attractions. Start by visiting the most popular attractions first. Sites like TouringPlans.com can help.

Play Disney games. We have a host of board games that keep us busy - Disney Apples to Apples, Disney Trivial Pursuit, The Wonderful World of Disney Trivia, Disney Scene It and Disney Charades (to name a few).

Deepen your Disney parks knowledge. Check out the audio guides and books by Lou Mongello. Read the Imagineering Field Guides.  Listen to some podcasts (WDW Radio and WDW Today are my favorites). Watch some movies with strong ties to the parks.

    Dance!
We love our Disney dance parties in our living room. You can bust a move to Disney movie soundtracks, modern incantations from the Disneymania volumes, or park music that's streaming via internet radio (DTunesLive.com and Mouse World Radio are my favorites). We also love to go all out with Dance Dance Revolution Disney Grooves on the Wii.

And last but not least, pour through all of the helpful hints and hidden nuggets on the Moms Panel site, and circle back with us if you have any questions!
