We have only 18 days left! Four in our travel party want to golf. Should we call for a tee time reservation? Are some days better than others for golfing? Staying at SSR - which golf course is closest? Thanks for your help!

Hi Kelsey! Golfing at Walt Disney World is certainly one of the most popular recreation options. There are four 18 hole courses and a par 36 nine hole course. The Lake Buena Vista course is right there at the Saratoga Springs resort making that one the most convenient for your family group. If they want to choose another course they can ask at the resort front desk about complimentary transportation.

I strongly suggest they book a tee time as spots can go quickly. There is no need to bring their clubs or shoes as they can easily be rented at each course. You can book the courses easily by going on line at www.disneyworld.disney.go.com/golf/ . Depending on what kind of groups are at the resorts can make one day better then others. It is impossible to predict and best to just choose a couple of optional days and attempt to book and see what times are offered.  I am sure they will have a great golfing experience as my own husband has enjoyed each of the courses in the past!
