    ONLY 6 days left to our first disney vacation! Do the pools at the resorts open before the parks open...we're trying to schedule some work out time along with our amazing dining reservations so we don't come home too hefty.Staying at all star sports, thx

    When I toured the All Star Music resort, I was told that the pools remain open 24 hours. Quiet hours are usually in effect from 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. so that guests with accommodations near the pool areas can rest peacefully in their rooms.

    As long as guests keep the noise to a low level, the pool stays open. If it becomes too loud after 10 p.m., then a Cast Member will "close" the pool.

    For morning exercise at the All Star Sports resort, you should be able to utilize the pool.

    While the All Star resorts do not have a fitness club, you may use the Fitness Center at another resort for a small fee. Better yet, schedule a spa treatment and then you get to use that resort's Fitness Center the day of your spa treatment for no additional fee.

    You'll find many jogging trails around WDW as well.
