Hello Andrew!
Welcome to planDisney and Happy New Year! I'm glad you came by with your question as we love to help!
As you know Disability Access Service (DAS) is a great service for people who have difficulty waiting in traditional queue environments due to a
disability. It is completely free and easy to sign up for. There is a pre-registration opportunity for guests but unfortunately, it is only available for guests within the United States. It involves a video chat with a Cast Member and for many reasons such as the kind of information discussed, it is not available to International Guests. Pre-registration is done within 30 to 2 days from when you arrive. I see that you are from Great Britain so if you visit times out that you arrive more than 2 days before your first Park day then you can go ahead and register online
here. Realize that the link will only work once you arrive in the United States. If your timing does not work out to have you arrive this early then you will just have to register in person at Guest Services. As soon as you enter your first Park head to Guest Services immediately and get registered.
I'm sorry if this wasn't the answer you were expecting but I have high hopes that you will have a wonderful holiday at Walt Disney World Resort! You are arriving right in the middle of the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts! You are so lucky as this is one of the shortest Festivals at EPCOT but one of the best. The
DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series, beautiful artwork, and delicious food make it one of my favorites. I do hope you get to see the cast of Broadway's The Lion King!
I hope you have a lovely time and if you have any more questions please
let me know!
Happy Planning!
