Hi Christine!  I am so sorry you had an emergency and one so close to a great vacation for your family.  You will need to have some careful budgeting and pre planning with your dollar amount allotted for food.  It will take fancy dining out but then again Disney isn't just about dining and restaurants.  There are many great quick/counter service locations through-out all parks and you can buy some basic supplies to keep in your room at your resort store for breakfast at least.  You don't want the kids to start out busy days without some sort of nourishment!

Take a few minutes and look up all the menus of all table service, counter service, and snack locations through-out the entire Walt Disney World property.  You can go to www.allears.net and type in MENUS in the search box.  You will not only see sample menus but you can also see sample pricing when you click on each location.  This will give you a good idea of the places to go in each park that fit your taste and budget.

There is a quick service dining plan that you can add to your package up to two days before your arrival but that plan would cost about $76 a person for a 7 day/6 night stay.
