10 days to go! just tried to check in online, and in the room request section it only asked if i wanted a fridge or crib. there was nowhere to put an actual room request? need help soon!! thanks so much.

    Hello Jennifer!

I completed the online check-in for our upcoming vacation last week so I know exactly what you mean! In order to make a specific room request for things like a certain building or floor level, you will need to call the resort directly to have that noted on your reservation. When I called my resort, I was transferred to a cast member who was able to mark down my requests, and it took only a minute or two.

While such requests can't be guaranteed, Disney staff will try to be as accommodating as possible. Since you have already checked in online just give your resort a quick call to take care of those last little details!

    Have a fabulous vacation!
