25 days to go! Having breakfast at 8:20 at Akershus (gotta see Ariel, even if it's w/o a tail!). How can we get into Epcot so early and how long to walk to Norway from entrance? taking bus from AKL, will there be one early enough? Thanks Moms!

    Hi Rosa,

Breakfast with the princesses at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is an excellent way to start your day at Walt Disney World. Plan to be on one of the first Epcot-bound buses leaving your resort on the day of your breakfast reservation.  The official word is that buses start running to the parks from the Disney resorts one hour before park opening.  If Epcot opens at 8 am on the day of your scheduled meal, then be on the bus no later than 7:20 am.  That will give you time to disembark the bus, go through the security bag check, present your ticket for admission at the turnstiles, and walk 10-15 minutes to the Norway Pavilion along World Showcase.

If, however, the park does not open until 9 am that day, I suggest you take an early taxi to make it to your reservation on time.  Even if the park is not open when your taxi drops you off, you will be admitted early to Epcot because of your reservation at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall.  You can certainly ask at the Guest Services desk at your home resort if the buses will be leaving before 8 am, but I'd be inclined to take the quick cab ride to get you there in plenty of time for your reservation.

Have a lovely meal with the princesses!
