    28 days to go! Can you give me some guidelines for appropriate tipping of the "mousekeepers?"

    Hi Cheryl!

    I have read a lot on this topic on the various chat boards and it seems the going rate is $1-$2 per person, per day.  Most like to tip daily vs. end the end of the vacation, just in case the mousekeepers are different day to day. 

    As a pre-vacation activity, our family makes tip envelopes for the mousekeepers to make it extra special for them.  If you are interested in this idea, Google "mousekeeping envelopes" for creative ideas to get you started.
