Gawrsh! It sounds like that naughty Stitch is messing around with your
My Disney Experience Mobile App. While I am no technical guru, I do have a few suggestions. First, make sure both your smartphone and My Disney Experience Mobile App are up to date. Just yesterday, I had to update my own in order to complete a reservation. Next, close the app and log back into your account. Hopefully, this clears up the glitch.
Once the app is open, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Tickets and Passes." Locate your ticket, click on it and follow the prompts. A quick reminder,
Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets are priced by date. If there is a difference in cost you must submit payment for that amount. If you are still having any issues, it is time to make a call to the
Existing Tickets Help Center. Alternatively, you can utilize the chat feature online or through the mobile app to connect with a friendly Cast Member.
Once this is complete, I highly encourage you to promptly return to the
Disney Park Pass Reservation page and secure your new park dates. The calendar is filling up quickly! Here is a
