26 days to go & I break my foot. I will have to limit my walking. Have a preferred room res. at ASM & requested a ground floor, landscape view room. Is there anything else I can do to get a room as close to transportation as possible.

    Hello, Barbara!

I'm so sorry to hear about your foot.  Although room requests are not guaranteed, Cast Members make every effort to honor them whenever possible. You may want to consider renting an Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV). You can rent an ECV at any theme park; however the unit must remain inside the park where rented. Another option that may work better for you is to rent a unit from a Disney featured provider. When renting from a featured provider, you have the freedom to use the unit throughout the resort, and many will deliver the unit to your Disney hotel. I often rent an ECV for my mother as she had mobility issues. She picks up the unit from Bell Services when we arrive and returns it for pick-up at the same place on the day we depart. We have found renting to be convenient and allows her to enjoy all the magic with us.

I hope this helps.   Wishing you a visit that is full of magical moments!
