How many days before our fort wilderness reservation do we have to cancel

Hello Pauline and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

While I certainly hope that you won't need to cancel your adventures at Disney's Fort Wilderness, I know that life happens. If your reservation is a "room only" reservation- or in this case a cabin only or campsite only reservation, you can cancel up to five days before your reservation.  However, if your reservation is part of a vacation package that includes tickets,  you must cancel at least 30 days before arrival to avoid a charge.  Between 29 and 2 days before arrival, you will be charged a $200.00 fee.  When you are one day away from arrival you will receive no refund. Please note that these rules are subject to change. For the most up-to-date information, I encourage you to call Disney Hotel Reservations.

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We love to help!

Hope to "See ya real soon!"

Meet the Panelist: Anne, Iowa

I’m Anne, a native Iowan, wife, mother, and grandmother. For me, a major part of the fun of a Disney trip is the planning. I have traveled to the Disney Parks in multiple stages of my life, including as a daughter, sister, aunt, mother and grandmother.  One of my favorite things to do is to travel with multi-generational groups. I am thrilled to be able to help other Disney guests plan their adventures. Learn More About Anne
