Hello Moms! We will be there in 20 days and we are excited! I had a question about the Fantasmic show; any recommendations to make sure we get a good spot to see the show? We dont have any reservations at the restaurant to hold a seat :( Thansk so much!

    Hi Rasheeda,

Your trip is just around the corner now - you must be very excited!

If you are able to get a dining reservation, I would highly recommend the Fantasmic Dining Package which includes lunch or dinner at the Hollywood Brown Derby or Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano or dinner at Hollywood & Vine restaurants in Disney's Hollywood Studios with designated seating for the Fantasmic show.

The designated seating area is in the Ursula section which is located at the right hand side of the ampitheatre. Guests with Fantasmic Dining Packages are advised to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to showtime and whilst you are guaranteed a seat, seats in this section are allocated on a first come basis. There is a separate entrance to Fantasmic for those guests with Dining Package seating which is located on Sunset Boulevard next to Beauty & the Beast - Live on Stage.

Due to the popularity of Fantasmic and as you are visiting at an extremely busy time of year, if you are not able to secure a Fantasmic Dining Package, I would suggest that you get in line at around 90 minutes prior to the start of the show in order to secure a seat. (Seating begins 90 minutes prior to each show)

There aren't really any bad seats to be had in my opinion and you will still be able to enjoy the performance no matter where you sit. Obviously, the earlier that you get there, the more choice you will have.

Enjoy the show and have a magical trip!
