Hi Sarah!
Congratulations on your upcoming trip! My boys love playing mini-golf while vacationing at Disney World, and we generally include at least one or two rounds on our "must do" list. There are four miniature golf courses at Disney, and each offers something different. There are two Santa Claus-themed courses adjacent to Blizzard Beach Water Park at Winter Summerland. The "Snow" course features, as you might expect, winter-themed obstacles as you head to the North Pole. The "Sand' course features sand castles and other beach-themed obstacles. There are an additional two courses at Disney's Fantasia Gardens, which is located behind the Swan and Dolphin Resorts in the Epcot Resort Area. One of the courses here is based on
Fantasia, the classic Disney film, and the other "Fairway Course" is a miniature version of a classic golf course, complete with sand traps! The first is more whimsical, and the second more challenging.
If your hubby is "young at heart," I would vote for the "Fantasia Gardens Course." The obstacles are challenging, but also extremely creative. In addition, the course is conveniently located near Disney's BoardWalk, which makes heading out for a wonderful dinner and some entertainment a great choice after your round of put-put!

Have a wonderful round of mini-golf!
