45 days! I have a DP, I'm curious about the Spirit of Aloha dinner show. Can I use 1 of my table credits for each member & pay w/ a credit card the remainder of the bill? Or if I use credits must I use credits to pay for the whole thing?

Aloha, Courtney and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation countdown is coming along quite nicely! You are so close, I am sure you can just taste those Polynesian delights that are headed your way at Disney’s Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show! I have had the pleasure of attending a few yEARS back, and it certainly wasn’t disappointing! We loved the fire dancing, authentic story line, and, of course- the (all-you-care-to-enjoy) food and drinks!

If you would like to use your Disney Dining Plan Entitlements, as you know, this dinner show requires two (2) Table Service credits per person and you must book category 2 or 3 seating. If you go this route, there is no way of dividing it between Disney Dining Plan credits and a credit card. As you said, if you prefer to pay by credit card, then it would be for the entire meal. At this time, there is no way of dividing the methods of payment. Having done some of the math myself, I always suggest paying “out of pocket” for dinner shows instead of using the two (2) Disney Dining Plan credits. This is the way to get the most “bang for your buck”, so to speak. However, if you happen to be on the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan, then you have a plentiful amount of Table Service credits and I would suggest going that route.

I hope this answers your question and that you have a wonderful vacation!
